These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyPadelApp mobile application.
1. Use of the App
MyPadelApp is a mobile application designed to help users track padel matches for personal use. You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
MyPadelApp offers premium features via auto-renewing in-app subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your iOS device’s Settings > Subscriptions.
We do not process or store your payment information — all transactions are handled securely by Apple.
3. No Warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or always available.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPadelApp and its creators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use the app after updates are published, you accept the revised Terms.
